On Sunday, August 16th, at 11:30pm PST there will be scheduled downtime for approximately 30 minutes to all HelloSign platforms.

During this maintenance window the HelloSign, HelloFax, and HelloWorks platforms will be unavailable, and respective APIs will respond with a “503 Service Unavailable” error. Operations around the platform, including any signature requests or faxes sent and received during this time, will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
